What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work, like a cookie that remembers you're logged in. Others follow you across websites, for example for advertising. We don't use that second kind.
This website (zeno-innovations.com)
Our website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Your language choice is in the address (English at /, Dutch at /nl/). Our visitor statistics work without cookies; you can read how in the privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
The shop (zeno-innovations.com/webshop)
The shop sets no cookies, but keeps your cart and language choice in your own browser's storage (localStorage), so your bag isn't empty when you come back. That's functional and never sent to us. At checkout you go to Stripe's payment page.
The dashboard (zeno-innovations.com/dashboard)
When you log in, we only use strictly necessary cookies. These don't need consent, because the dashboard doesn't work without them.

Cookies from other parties
- Cloudflare, which protects our network, may set a functional security cookie to recognise automated traffic (bots).
- Stripe sets cookies on its own payment page to prevent fraud, when you pay for Pro.
- Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord and WhatsApp only open those services when you click them. Their cookie policies then apply.
Websites hosted with us
Websites on *.zeno-innovations.com belong to our clients. Our hosting doesn't set any cookies there itself, not even for statistics. If a website does set cookies, its owner is responsible for them.
Deleting or blocking cookies
You can always delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the dashboard's cookies, you won't be able to log in.
